Focusing on the researching and technology innovating of PDC cutters and other super-hard materials, Diamond and his team has developed premium PDC cutters such as S series, C series, H series, special-shaped PDC cutters, fine-grained PCD and 44mm PDC cutters for cutting tools which help HMR win high reputation for excellent performance, premium quality and high cost-performance in and abroad.

Focused on researching of PDC cutters from 2009 to 2016 and engaged in production management since 2016.
Developed PDC cutters ZG series, TG series, QG series and VT series.
Proficient in developing ultra-high pressure platform, sintering technology and PDC machining. Carried out six sigma management, improved the quality, production time, precision and efficiency. Established the shaped cutters production line with laser and grinding processing.

QC Manager
Basing on years of production management experience, Sunny are extremely proficient in the quality control for raw materials inspection, production process control and finished products inspection.
To assure “0 defective rate”, Sunny always strictly requests 100% full inspection for each cutter(≥10 items of dimensions inspection and ≥20 items of appearance inspection) before going to customers’ hand.
